Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching. This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women. Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".
Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.
Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!
Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!
