Add a new dimension to your walking or jogging regimen. Hiking is fantastic exercise as well as a great time to get some fresh air and explore new places. Hike locations will vary each week. A list of locations will be provided at the first class. This class moves at a good pace and we'll be looking for hills!
Class will be only be cancelled for very inclement weather and classes will be made up only if there is more than 1 cancellation.
