Ever thought about becoming a runner? ‘Your First 5K’ offers a training to get you off the couch, away from the desk and ready to run a 5K (3.1 miles). Evolve from walker to runner in this 10 week program for beginners. Participants will meet as a group once a week and provided instructions for individually running other days of the week. Sessions will be followed by stretching and advice about running and nutrition.
