The class focuses on mindful and safe functional movement designed to build heat and strengthen muscle tone while also using breathing to relax nerves and relieve anxiety. Class will flow through a series of poses that range from gentle to challenging, all done with a stable, calm energy and ends with a relaxing savasana.
