On Healthy Half Days, we encourage kids to LOVE exercise and learn how nutrition fuels their bodies. This single-day program will develop physical ability and good motor patterns as they accomplish active challenges. They will build confidence by learning their bodies are capable of amazing things! In addition, they will gain a better understanding of how nutrition supports their physical activities and builds their healthy bodies.
Program will be run by the experienced staff at Reebok CrossFit Medfield. Class will be held at their facility at 106 Adams St., Medfield.
