9:00 AM - 11:15 AM    PICKLEBALL: Learn to Play - Pickleball -- Learn and Match Play
Join us to learn the newest craze -- Pickleball! We will have an indoor court setup at the Pfaff Center and will teach you how to play the game, how scoring works and how to swing the paddle! This will all be done in a laid-back environment led by Beth Eby. This is meant for beginners, first-timers and anyone looking to enjoy the benefits of the game. Note we will only have one indoor court available.    The first session will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 9-10:15am. This will be a true "Learn the Game" session for all attendees.    Regular play will start on Feb. 11, with a Learn the Game session from 9-10am, and match play from 10:15-11:15am. We will run every Tuesday morning, except school vacation weeks.   This is a drop-in program, and cost is $5 per person, payable at the door!**ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED!!**

Does your child love to run, jump, climb, and tumble???  Then his "play" on America Ninja Warriors is the perfect class!  Each week your child will participate in stretching, obstacles, and games to help gross motor skills, fitness, and fun!  From swinging on a high bar to balance beams, tumbling on mats to leaping into a ball pit - your child is sure to have a blast!

Martial Arts provide youth the tools today to succeed tomorrow. This program provides fitness and life skills through martial arts instruction. Build confidence, increase concentration and develop self-discipline in a safe and engaging environment. 
 
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Step Aerobics - Step Aerobics (Tue)
A fast, fun and effective way to get your heart pumping! This step aerobics class offers 30 minutes of cardio exercise followed by 30 minutes of a complete toning workout. Hand weights are used for an upper body strengthening section, and steps are adjustable so the workout is personalized to your fitness level. This can be hi or LOW impact - YOU choose (walk, run or jump).

We are excited to be able to offer this spinoff of Miss Jen's class from the past couple of years. We are sad she could no longer lead the class, but excited to have a new instructor step in to continue the program!Miss Maureen will be offering the class on WEDNESDAYS. She is a former elementary educator and a mom to two boys in the Medfield school system!Parents/caregivers will stay for the first 15 minutes of class as they participate in a collective sharing time while the children become acquainted and get settled in.  During this time, topics surrounding developmental stages and guiding positive behavior will be addressed.  Parents/caregivers are then welcome to leave for the remaining hour as the children learn through play - focusing on sharing, socialization, and being part of a group.  There will also be a movement, and a story/song component to each class!**If your child is not potty trained, a parent/caregiver must remain in the building for the duration of the class**

Awaken your body and spirit in a class with flowing movements set to music for adults. Each week offers a combination of poses designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and release stress.Class led by Kathryn Postulka!

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art form often referred to as the practice of "meditation in motion."  The gentle, flowing movements in Tai Chi promote relaxation, stress relief and conscious awareness of present moment.  Tai Chi may help reduce stress, depression and anxiety, improve your balance and coordination, lower your blood pressure and promote better sleep, among many other benefits.  Because it is a gentle, low-impact exercise, Tai Chi is generally suitable for people of any level of physical fitness.Instructor Jennifer Jaques teaches the Yang 24 short form (the most widely practiced routine worldwide).  Because each session starts at the beginning, these classes work for people of all levels of experience.

Join the staff from GoGo Allegro with your little ones for an introduction to music exploring rhythm and pitch in a fun and engaging setting!We believe children can be introduced to the joy of music and in the process develop valuable skills.  A comprehensive music program will aid in the educational, physical, and social development of your child.  Our primary objective is to encourage and develop children's natural creativity and interest in music.  We use musical concepts and movement to help young children engage with one another and gain skills they can use throughout their school years and beyond.Our programs teach active listening, vocabulary, phonological awareness, and print awareness all through the developmentally appropriate musical activities including exploration of rhythm, pitch, keeping time, and making music together.Children must be accompanied by an adult at each class.Siblings younger than 2 years old may attend with the understanding that if they are disruption, they will need to be removed from the class. QUESTIONS regarding specific class information can be send to: info@gogoallegro.com

Please bring your own table tennis paddle and wear comfortable clothing; please no black soled shoes. 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM    Body Sculpt - Body Sculpting (Fri)
Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching.  This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women.  Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.  Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!

Join former Boston Celtics dancer Aly Pereira as she teaches the latest dance moves to the most popular music out right now!  Students will learn various dances to popular songs as the class incorporates choreography and different forms of freestyle movement.  At the end of the 8-week session, the children will have a short performance to show off their hard work!

Join us during April Vacation Week as we load up the van (or coach bus!) and head out for a series of day trips. Spots for this program are VERY LIMITED, so sign up early to reserve your spot! Participants ages 8-13 will be chaperoned by our staff. Tuesday, April 21st -Ryan Amusements and Movie! - MAX 13 kids!We will head to Ryan Amusements in Millis for some bowling, followed by lunch at Five Guys Burgers (burger, small fry, beverage) and a movie at Patriot Place!   The fee covers transportation, bowling, lunch and movie pass.Kids will need: snack, full water bottle and money for concessions at the movie theater (no more than $20) Wednesday, April 17th - Urbain Air Adventure Park - MAX: 13 kidsKids will enjoy a deluxe package at Urbain Air Adventure Park in Bellingham, including the ninja warrior course, trampoline park, trapeze, dodgeball and more!!! Includes a pizza lunch and arcade card!   Fee covers admission, lunch and transportation.Thursday, April 22nd - COCO KEY WATER PARK, Danvers, MA We will spend the day at the area’s premier indoor water park, where kids will get a chance to go down slides, play water basketball or glide in the lazy river.  The fee covers pizza lunch, soft drink, admission and transportation.

A fast, fun and effective way to get your heart pumping! This step aerobics class offers 30 minutes of cardio exercise followed by 30 minutes of a complete toning workout. This can be hi or LOW impact - YOU choose (walk, run or jump).

Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching.  This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women.  Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.  Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!

Is your child too young for the Pre-K Soccer league, but ready to start organized soccer activities?  We have you covered with our MICRO SOCCER LEAGUE for kids ages 3-4+ (Birthday must be before 8/31/2016 - no exceptions)! The Micro Soccer League will be held on Saturday mornings from 8:00-8:40 at McCarthy Park.  This basic instructional league will be led by volunteer coaches and is designed as an introduction to organized soccer activities, drills, and general game-play.  Participants will have 15-20 minutes of instruction, followed by 20 minutes of game-play. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art form often referred to as the practice of "meditation in motion."  The gentle, flowing movements in Tai Chi promote relaxation, stress relief and conscious awareness of present moment.  Tai Chi may help reduce stress, depression and anxiety, improve your balance and coordination, lower your blood pressure and promote better sleep, among many other benefits.  Because it is a gentle, low-impact exercise, Tai Chi is generally suitable for people of any level of physical fitness.Instructor Jennifer Jaques teaches the Yang 24 short form (the most widely practiced routine worldwide).  Because each session starts at the beginning, these classes work for people of all levels of experience.

Learn the basics in field hockey! All skill levels are welcome. We will explore the basic rules of the game, proper grips & posture, ball and stick control, tackling, receiving/trapping, passing and go through fun drills. Depending on class size, we will try to get some game action in as well!Required equipment includes a field hockey stick, shin guards and mouth guard. Class will be led by coach Lynne Malmquist, a former varsity field hockey player at Medfield High School.** Note -- Indoor sessions will be held at the Pfaff Center, 124 North St. Due to the size of the space, we will only be running an indoor session for grades K-1. This is an introduction to the sport, so no previous experience is required. --> FALL 2020 LEAGUE INFORMATION SHOULD BE UP BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!

Learn to play the Ukulele! This exciting beginners ukulele course will introduce students to fundamental technique and knowledge of the instrument, general musicianship, and introductory level pieces of music and will expose students to different styles of music. End of session performance for students to show off their new skills! Please bring ukulele to class, other materials will be provided. Instruction provided by GoGo Allegro School of Music.Please note that you will need to bring your own ukulele to the class. You can purchase one on Amazon for under $40.

Please bring your own table tennis paddle and wear comfortable clothing; please no black soled shoes.
