We are so excited to offer this brand new adult fitness class with one of the best trainers in the area, Lauren Martin!


The Boot Camp class will be a one hour strength and conditioning class. It will combine strength and cardio for a full body burn! The combination of high intensity intervals, functional strength movements, body weight exercises and cardio help build lean muscle and endurance for an efficient, well-rounded workout!

For these classes, if you have your own weights (dumbbells, kettlebells), please bring them. There will be a limited number available for use, but for best results, please bring your own.

The class will follow all proper CDC and MDPH guidelines around outdoor fitness classes. All participants should wear a mask until they are in their designated area. 

About Lauren Martin
Lauren has been a certified personal trainer for 20 years. She has experience in all areas of fitness with a specialization in high intensity interval training (HIIT) for all levels and family members. She is a mom f 3 little kids (ages 6, 3 and 6 months) and prides herself on helping people build strength and confidence through fitness, living a healthy lifestyle and making changes to help people become their best self.
