FORTNITE TOURNAMENTS


**NEW** We will be offering one-day FORTNITE tournaments in conjunction with other towns in the Metrowest! These will be 1v1 tournaments and you will need to register both here and on the GG Leagues site (registration info for that will be sent out). 

League is being run in conjunction with GG Leagues recreational eSports gaming site.

REQUIRED necessary equipment:
-- You need to own the specific game
-- You need to own the game system
-- You need an Internet connection to play the games online
-- You need to have the online gaming account (ie, Playstation Plus)
-- You also will need to register with GG Leagues Gaming Systems for an online account. This information will be sent to registered participants. 

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
-- Tournament will run over one day (players need to be available for the duration or until eliminated from the tournament)
-- Platforms game can be played on include XBOX, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, PC or mobile device. 
-- This will be split into two AGE DIVISIONS: 18 and older and 17 and younger

GAMING SCHEDULE:




  • March 27, 2-6pm (deadline to register is March 12)


  • April 20, 6-10pm (deadline to register is April 9)





All players must have their own FORTNITE account and ONE of the following gaming systems:
 - XBox with XBox Live account*
 - PlayStation with PlayStation Plus account*
 - Switch with Nintendo Online account*
 - PC or Mobile with dependable Internet connectivity*
*Internet connection needed for weekly competitive play as all games will be played online.

 *All organized, online, competitive game play is scheduled through this GG Leagues System. Through this system, all players will be able to see and access the tournament bracket, submit their scores, report wins/losses and will need to upload a screen shot of the endgame score report.
